The Second Day

Class was really interesting on the second day, although I did feel a bit silly about not understanding that the reading was meant to be done before our discussion of the topics and not after. But that's all settled now and I am caught up on my reading and ready to go!

Also the discussion about why we go to college had me thinking for a while, and another point that wasn't really mentioned that is relevant, at least for me, is that I don't feel like I'm ready at this point in my life to go out and begin my career; I feel like college is a necessary step because I would not have been prepared for a career just yet.
